About the Role

Iron Horse Realty is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team and represent two distinctive premium residential projects in Hyderabad.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious real estate sales professional who enjoys interacting with customers, building relationships and converting business opportunities into successful sales.

You will work closely with the leadership team and marketing support team, engaging prospective buyers, conducting project presentations and site visits, and managing customer relationships throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

- Engage prospective customers and understand their residential and investment requirements.
- Present our projects, highlighting their unique features, design, specifications, amenities and lifestyle benefits.
- Conduct customer meetings, project presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective buyers, address queries and handle sales objections.
- Negotiate commercial terms and drive successful bookings and closures.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

Lead Management & Business Development

- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities through personal networking and market outreach.
- Develop relationships with real estate brokers, channel partners and property consultants.
- Participate in broker meets, project launches and customer engagement events.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer records in CRM.

Sales Coordination

- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns,



lead generation and promotional activities.
- Work with the telecalling team to schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with CRM, finance and legal teams to facilitate bookings, documentation and customer onboarding.
- Ensure a smooth and skilled customer experience from the first enquiry to booking.

Candidate Profile

- Around 3 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
- Experience in residential property sales is preferred.
- Exposure to premium or luxury residential projects will be an advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, customer engagement and relationship building.
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections and convert prospective customers into buyers.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.

Language Requirements

- English Good communication skills.
- Telugu – Fluent.
- Hindi – Conversational proficiency.
