We are looking for an experienced HR Lead PMS & Learning Development who can independently drive the organization's Performance Management System (PMS) and Learning & Development (L&D;) initiatives. The candidate should have the ability to establish structured performance processes, work closely with department heads, identify employee development needs and drive a performance-oriented learning culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

PMS Framework & Implementation: Design, implement and monitor the Performance Management System across departments, ensuring structured and timely execution.

KRA & KPI Management: Coordinate with HODs and reporting managers to define, review and align employee KRAs, KPIs and performance targets with organizational goals.

Performance Reviews & Appraisals: Drive periodic performance reviews, monthly and quarterly assessments, appraisal cycles and employee feedback processes.

Performance Improvement: Identify performance gaps, initiate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), track progress and coordinate with reporting managers for necessary interventions.

Learning Needs Identification: Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance reviews, competency gaps and departmental requirements.

Training & Development: Design and implement the annual training calendar covering technical, behavioural, functional and leadership development programs.

Training Effectiveness: Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback,



assessments and post-training performance improvements.

Leadership & Employee Development: Drive employee development initiatives, competency mapping, career development and leadership development programs.

MIS & Reporting: Maintain PMS and L&D; dashboards, training records, performance reports and periodic updates for management review.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Graduate / MBA in HR or any relevant specialization.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to PMS and L&D.;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks.
- Strong hands-on experience in KRA/KPI setting, performance reviews and appraisal management.
- Experience in identifying training needs and implementing L&D; programs.
- Exposure to PIP management, competency mapping and employee development initiatives.
- Robust analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to independently drive PMS and L&D; processes and ensure timely execution.
