Profile : Customer Service Executive
Salary : 25k to 32k {Depending upon communication skills}

Rotational shifts (In case of rotational shifts , allowance would be given)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Address customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
Excellent English communication is required.
Any UG/Grad/Fresher/Experienced can apply.
