### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead Civil Engineer Design with expertise in Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and civil infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for civil design, engineering drawings, structural and foundation design, design calculations, and technical coordination for solar and BESS projects.

### Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review civil engineering designs for Solar PV and BESS projects.

- Prepare and review civil design drawings, layouts and engineering documents.

- Design foundations for solar structures, equipment, transformers and BESS installations.

- Perform RCC and structural design calculations for foundations, equipment pedestals and other civil structures.

- Design roads, internal pathways, drainage systems, cable trenches, control rooms and boundary walls.

- Review geotechnical and soil investigation reports and finalize suitable foundation designs.

- Prepare design calculations, technical specifications and design basis reports.

- Ensure compliance with relevant IS Codes, NBC and applicable engineering standards.

- Coordinate with electrical, structural, procurement and project execution teams.





- Review vendor drawings and technical submissions.

- Identify design optimization and value engineering opportunities.

- Provide engineering support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.

### Required Skills

- Strong experience in civil engineering design and detailing.

- Hands-on experience in Solar PV and/or BESS civil infrastructure design.

- Expertise in RCC design, foundation design and structural engineering.

- Knowledge of soil investigation reports and geotechnical engineering.

- Ability to prepare and interpret civil and structural drawings.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant structural design software.

- Knowledge of STAAD Pro / ETABS / SECURE will be preferred.

- Strong understanding of IS Codes and engineering standards.

### Ideal Candidate Profile

Candidates with 5–8 years of experience in Civil Design Engineering, preferably in Solar EPC, Renewable Energy, BESS or Power Infrastructure projects, with hands-on expertise in civil and structural design, foundation engineering, design calculations and engineering drawings.
