Job Title: Tax Associate Trainee (Fresher)

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Tax Associate Trainee to join our US Tax team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in taxation and learn US tax return preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review basic US Individual Tax Returns (Form 1040 and Form 1040NR).
- Work on tax software such as CCH Axcess Tax and other tax tools.
- Collect, organize, and analyze tax-related documents.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with tax filing requirements.
- Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and taxation.
- Positive analytical and numerical skills.
- Willingness to learn US Taxation and tax software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
