Responsibilities will include:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis TOSCA and ServiceNow AFT
- Execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing for ServiceNow SIR changes and releases
- Support test planning, including defining test case scenarios, test data and acceptance criteria
- Identify, log and track defects, working with developers and administrators to support resolution
- Maintain and optimise automated test suites to ensure ongoing effectiveness and efficiency
- Support release cycles by executing test plans and providing quality assurance sign-off
- Work collaboratively within the SIR POD to ensure testing is aligned with delivery priorities
- Maintain clear documentation of test cases, scripts and results

What you will bring to the role:





To be successful in this role you should have proven experience within the technology sector with the following skills:

- Expertise in creating automated test scripts and managing test suites within TOSCA & ATF
- Analyze test results and work closely with development team to identify and resolve issues
- Document and report test results to project stakeholders
- Experience in writing Tosca scripts for Web and Desktop applications
- Experience in API Automation using Tosca
- Experience in functional and automation testing within ServiceNow SIR
- Understanding of security incident response processes and lifecycles
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
