This role is for a sourcing manager for a real estate project

Min Experience: 2+ Years in Channel Sales Sourcing in mid-luxury projects in juhu

Location: juhu

Sub-Function: Sourcing (Channel Sales)/ Business Development

Key Responsibilities:
a. Handle Channel Partner (CP) sourcing for the assigned market.

b. Should have worked on mid- luxury projects above 2 crores +

c. Develop and maintain strong relationships with CPs.

d. Current CP in juhu & bandra areas.

e. Active CP must be okay to work for projects in juhu.

f. Identify and onboard new Channel Partners.

g. Generate business through the CP network.

h. Regularly engage with CPs to drive leads, site visits and closures.

Achieve assigned sourcing and business targets.

Requirements:

a. 2+ years of experience in Channel Sales / CPS Sourcing

b. Strong and active CP network in juhu Andheri bandra areas

c. Good communication and relationship-building skills

d. Target-oriented and business-focused

e. Real estate experience is mandatory.

f. Should have recently worked in mid-luxury project starting from 2 crores.
