Role & responsibilities - The role would be responsible for managing entire Gate Entry/Out Operations & Stores activities of Jaipur Plant with 2000 + Component Varieties, including manpower planning, work allocation and maintaining stock accuracy.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Gate IN and OUT Entry Process in SAP.
- Monthly / Daily Materials Gate Report
- Reconciliation Process in SAP
- Responsible for inward/issue of goods from stores to in-house production and subcontractor along with non-production items.
- Responsible for counting and proper place storage of in warded materials.
- 100% capturing all material/services received in stores through GRN in SAP.
- Continues co-ordination with purchase, quality and finance for timely booking of GRN and to resolve the issues related to GRN.




- Monthly & quarterly physical inventory counting, reconciliation and prepare variance MIS report.
- 100% capturing of all materials issues to subcontractor for job work, documents preparation and vendor reconciliation
- Knowledge of all store rated process in SAP.
- Responsible for removal of rejected goods to vendors.
- Store related MIS in the defined frequency and format to various stake holders
- Store process improvement, manpower handling and inventory management.
- Automate and upgrade storage systems using SAP module for stores inventory management and control
- Knowledge for 5S, Kaizen etc
