Role Summary Model Building- Deep Learning L5 to L7 Any Hybrid As a Senior Data Scientist at Axtria, you will design and lead the development of advanced Machine Learning (ML) and GenAI models to solve complex forecasting, targeting, and segmentation challenges. Operating as a recognized specialist, you will manage complex modeling workflows with limited oversight while shaping the standards and methodologies that guide our Decision Science practice. You will play a pivotal role in translating sophisticated model outputs into actionable business narratives, strengthening the scientific rigor and commercial credibility of our engagements. Responsibilities • Plan and drive all stages of complex data science solution development, from problem framing and experimentation through to production deployment. • Design and implement advanced Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning models using Python to address complex business problems in forecasting,



targeting, and segmentation. • Serve as the primary technical advisor for stakeholders, translating sophisticated model outputs into actionable business narratives for decision-makers. • Ensure scalable, production-ready model operationalization by partnering closely with engineering and MLOps teams. • Govern the maturity and compliance of agent-orchestrated modeling workflows against defined AI governance and assurance standards. • Mentor and enable junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence across the practice. • Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for model explainability, monitoring, and responsible AI
