Python Backend Developer Generative AI

Role Overview

We are seeking a Backend Developer with 5+ Years hands-on experience in Python and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing backend applications and building AI-powered solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Key Responsibilities

- Python Backend Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable backend services using Python.
- LangChain: Build and integrate LLM-powered application workflows using LangChain.
- LangGraph: Develop structured, stateful, and multi-step AI workflows and agent-based processes using LangGraph.
- RAG: Design and implement RAG pipelines to retrieve relevant information from knowledge sources and generate context-aware responses.
- Generative AI: Integrate Generative AI capabilities into backend applications and develop solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Backend Integration: Connect AI workflows with backend services, application data, and existing systems.
- Quality and Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code.

Required Technical Skills

- Python:



Strong programming skills and experience developing backend applications.
- LangChain: Practical experience building applications and workflows with LangChain.
- LangGraph: Understanding of LangGraph for workflow orchestration and stateful AI applications.
- RAG: Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation concepts and implementation.
- Generative AI: Understanding of LLM-based applications and integrating Generative AI into backend solutions.
- Backend Development: Experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend application logic and services.

Experience

Relevant experience in Python Backend Development with practical exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and Generative AI. The required years of experience can be specified based on the hiring level.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
