As a wholly owned subsidiary of BiofuelCircle, the company focuses on biomass sourcing, aggregation, storage, processing, and movement for industrial biofuel and bio based product applications.

At the center of its operating model is the Biomass Bank™ network, which combines local partner ecosystems, rural aggregation infrastructure, warehousing, transportation, and digitally connected supply operations to enable more reliable biomass availability at scale. Through this model, BFC Supply works to bring greater structure, predictability, and operational efficiency to India’s fragmented biomass supply chain.

The company currently operates 70+ Biomass Banks across multiple Indian states including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh, etc. Its business operations include supply chain services for bioenergy companies, biomass processing contracts, equipment rentals, distribution of bio-products including Fermented Organic Manure (FOM), and energy plantations.

The Biomass Bank™ model has been recognized by the Indian Federation of Green Energy (IFGE) as a Unique Green Energy Technology Model and received the Indian Green Energy Award 2023, supported by MNRE, MoRTH, and Mission LiFE under the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Government of India.

As BiofuelCircle continues to expand its biomass infrastructure footprint across India, BFC Supply is scaling its Biomass Bank™ network to strengthen nationwide aggregation, storage, and processing capabilities while supporting the integration of one million farmers into the biofuel supply chain.

Key Purpose of the Role:





BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.

The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes:

1. Aggregation Depots

2. Warehouse Network

3. Managed Biofuel Plants

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

What will Key Tasks be involved?

Warehouse Network

Storage of Rural biomass; a typical warehouse will be a 10,000 MT facility on approx. 8-10 acre land

Supply Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for location identification, initial set up and operations management of the warehouses across multiple locations as required by the organizations

Travel to customer site to troubleshoot, maintain and deploy various warehouse assets.

Ensuring warehouse operations at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and monitoring operations goals with predefined SOP’s.

Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals

Maintain a safe,



healthy work workplace by establishing and enforcing Biofuelcircle standards and procedures. Maintaining proper records.

Inspecting tools, warehouse machines regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary to avoid any operational losses

Ideal Candidate Profile:

General Background Experience

Farm operations management experience involving farm warehouse management of multiple facilities at regional level

Technical Competency

Knowledge/Required Skill Sets

Understand Warehouse processes. Developing and implementing warehouse process and procedures

Knowledge, managing of warehouse assets and also maintaining warehouse layout for optimum space utilization

Managing and optimizing inventory and having supply chain logistics knowledge

People Management

Ensuring compliance / creating safe working environment.

Coordination with other department for procurement and transportation of commodities to fulfil orders

Communication should be strong- awareness of location language. Relay communication between management and ground staff

Problem Solving Attitude

Implementing changes for improving warehouse efficiency

Personal Traits

Target oriented, process driven and people friendly.

Communication Skills

Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

Ability to communicate with 1 or more languages

Having knowledge of local language is must.
