Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Traditional Data Scientist with strong expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modelling, and data-driven problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

The candidate should possess a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, Python, and machine learning algorithms, along with the ability to work with large datasets and translate business requirements into actionable insights.

Required Technical Skills

- Robust proficiency in Python.
- Good understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Mathematics.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of Supervised and Unsupervised Learning.
- Experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Feature Engineering.
- Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy,



Scikit-learn, SciPy, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
- Knowledge of model evaluation, validation, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have Skills

- Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Spark or PySpark.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of time-series forecasting and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with model deployment and MLOps practices.
- Exposure to NLP and text analytics.
