About the Role

- We are looking for an experienced Marketing professional to lead marketing for our Radio Segment. You
- will grow audience reach, listener engagement and brand visibility, and create marketing material that
- helps our sales team win advertisers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and run marketing campaigns to grow listenership across on-air, digital and on-ground channels
- Manage social media, website, podcast and streaming promotion for the radio brand
- Plan and execute listener activations, contests, RJ-led events and community partnerships
- Create media kits, rate cards, case studies and sales decks with the sales team
- Coordinate with the programming and RJ teams to promote shows and special segments
- Track audience data (reach, social and digital metrics) and report on campaign ROI
- Manage agencies, vendors, designers and freelancers,



and keep spending within budget
- Handle PR, press releases and media relations for the station

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in radio, media or advertising
- Strong understanding of radio or audio media, audience measurement and brand building
- Hands-on experience with social media, digital campaigns and event marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and creative thinking
- Working knowledge of analytics tools and MS Office/Canva (or similar)
- Good command of English and Hindi
- Positive to Have Experience at a radio station, media house or ad agency
- Basic video/audio editing skills
- A network among local media and event partners across Pan India
