• Sub-Contracting order/Local Purchase orders through SAP ERP for All Equipment’s/Prefabricated piping/Dryer/Semi finish components (Fabricated/Machined Components) As Per Firm Requirement.

• Costing Preparation / RFQ’s for Local Purchasing / negotiation / E auctions / Comparisons to finalize SUBC/LOCA Orders

• Issuing Drawings /QAP / Weld map / Supporting Documents to Subcontractors / Revision management of Drawings for smooth workflow.

• Making of monthly / Weekly Invoicing plan & its review

• Quality Management System – Offering Stage wise Inspection as per QAP for Outsource Equipment’s/Prefabricated piping/Dryer/Semi finish components (Fabricated/Machined Components) to maintain Quality Requirement as per company standers.
