Executive Alumni Relations (Fresher) – JD

Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive – Alumni Relations to help build and nurture relationships with our alumni community. You will support engagement activities and create opportunities for networking, mentorship, referrals, and career support. This is a great entry point for someone who wants to start a career in community management, learner engagement, or EdTech.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay in regular touch with alumni across programs and batches, and help strengthen those relationships.
- Assist in planning and running alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions.
- Reach out to alumni through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to encourage participation.
- Maintain and update the alumni database/CRM accurately.
- Support alumni initiatives such as mentorship, referrals, industry connections, and ambassador programs.
- Identify alumni success stories and testimonials and share them with the marketing team.
- Work with the Learner Success, Career Services, Marketing, and Academic teams.




- Track basic engagement and participation metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Collect alumni feedback and share suggestions to improve engagement.

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate (any discipline) or up to 1 year of experience. Internships, campus ambassador roles, club or event coordination, or community management experience is a plus.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting and building rapport with people.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with LinkedIn and WhatsApp for professional outreach.
- Willingness to learn CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn.

Valuable to Have:

- Exposure to event coordination, social media, or student community activities.
- Interest in EdTech, education, or the semiconductor/VLSI domain.
