Generate property buyer leads through channel partners, brokers and direct sourcing. Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers. Identify potential buyers and generate qualified leads for residential projects. Conduct regular follow-ups with channel partners to drive site visits. Coordinate with Closing Managers to ensure smooth lead conversion. Organise broker meetings, networking activities and channel partner engagement. Track lead generation, site visits and sourcing performance. Maintain daily MIS and sourcing reports. Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets. Develop new sourcing channels to improve business opportunities.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in real estate sales/sourcing,
preferably in residential mandate projects. • Strong understanding of real estate market and surrounding micro-markets. • Proven ability to generate leads through multiple sourcing channels. • Strong network among brokers/channel partners will be an advantage. • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. • Strong target orientation with a high ownership mindset. • Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven sales environment. • Good understanding of real estate sales funnel, lead management and conversion.
