Job Description: Rigger Supervisor (Civil Execution)
Experience: 4-10 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily rigging and lifting activities at construction sites.
- Manage riggers and coordinate with crane operators.
- Handle lifting and shifting of heavy materials, structural steel and construction equipment.
- Ensure proper use of slings, shackles, wire ropes and lifting tools.
- Understand lifting plans, load charts and protected lifting procedures.
- Coordinate with civil execution and safety teams.
- Ensure manpower productivity and compliance with site safety standards.
Required Skills
- Experience in rigging and heavy lifting operations.
- Knowledge of cranes, lifting tools and tackles.
- Experience in structural steel erection and civil construction.
- Manpower handling and team supervision skills.
- Knowledge of HSE and safety procedures.
Preferred Project Experience
EPC, Data Centre, Industrial, Infrastructure or Commercial Construction Projects.
