Role & responsibilities

- ERP Implementation: Gather business requirements and support the development and implementation of end-to-end ERP modules, including dealer management, order management, production, inventory, logistics, and finance.
- UAT & System Development: Prepare field-level inputs, develop UAT scenarios, coordinate testing, suggest improvements, and support final implementation.
- MES Implementation: Manage MES scoping, vendor evaluation, and implementation across production machines. Develop dashboards to monitor machine availability, utilization, running time, and productivity
- Digital Platforms: Coordinate with developers for website development, dealer portals, and retailer/electrician loyalty applications.
- Sales Force Automation (SFA):



Support the development of applications to monitor sales team activities and productivity.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the digital team's single point of contact for coordinating requirements across business functions.
- IT Infrastructure & Networking: Coordinate plant network planning and implementation, including cabling, switches, Wi-Fi, CCTV, boom barriers, and weighbridge connectivity.
- Data Centre Management: Support server sizing, BOQ preparation, procurement, and data centre implementation.
- IT Asset & License Management: Oversee timely procurement of IT hardware and software licenses, including Microsoft 365, Adobe, and Zoho.
