Niftel Communications is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR professionals to join our HR team. We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations efficiently.

1. HR Intern

Salary: Up to 10,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.

2. HR Executive

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Handle candidate follow-ups and ensure timely closures.
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
- Support employee engagement and other HR activities.
- Ensure timely execution of assigned HR responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Candidates who can join immediately or at the earliest will be given preference.
