Position: Senior Project Manager Solar EPC
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra / Project Sites
Experience: 8–15 Years (Solar EPC / Renewable Energy)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Civil / Mechanical / Renewable Energy
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Solar EPC to lead end-to-end execution of solar projects from mobilization to commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, sitewide safety/quality standards, subcontractors, and statutory approvals.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution: Lead DC, AC, HT/LT, civil, structural, inverter, SCADA, earthing, and evacuation works as per approved BOQ, drawings, and DPR.
Planning & Budgeting: Manage project scope, schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and vendors using Primavera/MS Project.
Liaison & Approvals: Coordinate with MSEDCL/DISCOM, CEIG, MEDA, consultants, and clients for timely statutory approvals and grid synchronization.
Vendor & Site Management: Review work plans, method statements,



and inspection reports; monitor site teams and handle EPC contractor performance.
Commercials & Reporting: Monitor billing, variations, measurement certification, and track key risk metrics. Prepare regular MIS reports and management dashboards.
Commissioning & Handover: Oversee testing, synchronization, final handover, and closure of punch points and as-built drawings.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time and within-budget commissioning of MW solar capacity.
Strict cost control and mitigation of project overruns.
Zero-harm safety compliance and QA/QC rework reduction.
On-time milestone billing, collections, and client sign-offs.

Key Requirements & Skills

8–15 years of proven track record in Solar PV EPC project execution.
Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera P6).
In-depth understanding of electrical/civil siteworks and DISCOM/CEIG regulatory processes.
Solid leadership, contract management, and stakeholder handling
