Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO or call center environment (inbound customer service).
- Solid communication skills in fluent English language.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts (rotating).
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Any graduation degree
