Location: Tambaram, Chennai

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Email Escalation Process.

Graduation is mandatory.

Positive communication skills required.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Handle and manage customer escalation emails.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.

Ensure SLA compliance and timely email responses.

Follow up on pending and unresolved cases.

Maintain escalation records and reports.

Ensure customer satisfaction.
