Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Voice & Accent Trainer to enhance employees' spoken English, pronunciation, accent neutralization and customer communication skills for international processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct V&A; training for recent hires and existing employees.
- Train employees on phonetics, pronunciation, grammar, fluency and accent neutralization.
- Conduct communication assessments, call audits and one-on-one coaching.
- Identify communication gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Develop training modules and conduct refresher sessions.




- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance.

Requirements

- Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant V&A; / Communication Training experience in BPO / Contact Centre.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of phonetics, accent neutralization and pronunciation.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.
- Experience in communication assessments and training interventions.
