- Execute pouring at site after checking all necessary infrastructure and safety guidelines are met and report in case of any variations
- Perform slump monitoring, cube casting, ensure effective curing of concrete and coordinate with Plant QC Incharge in case of any issues
- Track and monitor all variations from initial requirement to actual executions at site on the quality parameters and manpower related issues (if any)
- Coordinate for pump placement and pumping operations at site
- Resolve problems on site pertaining to pumping, pouring and labour handling and escalate non-resolvable issues
•Ensuring site safety and adherence to UTCL safety standards
