KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own QE Pre-Sales strategy and large-deal RFX pursuits end-to-end
- Architect enterprise QA/QE transformation roadmaps (Functional, Automation, Performance, AI-led Testing)
- Lead C-suite engagement, proposal defence, and deal closures
- Drive QE discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and PoCs
- Define pricing, SoWs, and commercial constructs • Champion AI-in-QE: GenAI testing, selfhealing frameworks, intelligent defect analytics
- Build and scale the Pre-Sales and QE Solutions team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in pre-Sales or Solutions leadership

• Proven track record closing large, complex QE deals in IT services or consulting

• Deep expertise: Test Automation, Performance, API, Security & AI-driven Testing

• Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD ecosystems

• Executive presence with solid commercial acumen and storytelling ability

• ISTQB Advanced/Expert, PMP, or CSM certification preferred

• Bachelors / Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
