- Data Entry & Processing: Enter daily shipment details, bills of lading (BOL), airway bills (AWB), purchase orders, dispatch notes, and invoices into the logistics management software/ERP.
- Shipment Tracking Updates: Maintain real-time logs of cargo movement, updates on delays, proof of deliveries (POD), and status updates from drivers and third-party vendors.
- Document Verification: Verify incoming and outgoing shipping documents against physical inventory or purchase orders for discrepancies in weight, quantity, or item descriptions.
- Inventory Records: Update stock levels, warehouse intake, transfer orders, and outgoing dispatches accurately.
