Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic and business-focused Lead Data Insights - to drive the organization's data vision and enable data-driven decision-making across business functions.

This role will be responsible for leading the analytics team, developing insight-driven strategies, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business challenges into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong analysis and technical expertise with a consulting mindset, leadership capabilities, and business acumen. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, the individual will drive analytics transformation, improve business performance through insights, and foster a culture where data is leveraged as a key strategic asset.

Role & responsibilities

Data Strategy & Vision

- Define and drive the organization's Data Analysis and Insights roadmap.
- Establish a data-driven culture by promoting the use of analytics in strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities where data can drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
- Develop frameworks and best practices for analysis, reporting, and business intelligence.

Business Consulting & Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on business performance and strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Technology.
- Present actionable recommendations and insights to executives and key stakeholders.

Analytics & Insights

- Lead the development of dashboards, performance metrics, and advanced analytical models.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and growth opportunities through data analysis.




- Drive data storytelling and visualization initiatives to make insights accessible and actionable.
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Data Insights team.
- Establish performance standards and career development plans for team members.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Allocate resources and prioritize analytics projects based on business impact. Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and governance standards.
- Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to improve data infrastructure.
- Promote best practices in data security, compliance, and governance. Analytics Transformation
- Evaluate and implement contemporary analysis tools, AI-driven insights, and automation opportunities.
- Drive analytics maturity across the organization.
- Champion initiatives related to predictive analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence capabilities.

Required Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Insights, or Data Consulting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of influencing business and leadership decisions through data driven insights. Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python and/or R for analytics and data modelling.
- Experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and advanced analytics techniques.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive analysis, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
