We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Trainer with a strong background in Cybersecurity, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Hardware Security Modules (HSM) and Cloud Security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver web-based technical training on authentication, PKI and HSM technologies.
- Conduct technical training sessions for customers, employees and partners.
- Develop training materials, course guides, presentations and self-paced learning modules.
- Prepare hands-on labs, practical exercises and technical demonstrations.
- Install and configure products and lab environments for training sessions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to training participants.
Required Skills:
- 510 years of technical training / instructional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and Network Security.
- Exposure to PKI, HSM, digital certificates and authentication technologies.
- AWS or Azure cloud knowledge.
- Experience developing training content and learning materials.
- Adobe Captivate, Adobe Acrobat and Webex / virtual training tools.
- Valuable communication, presentation and troubleshooting skills.
Good to Have:
- LDAP, Active Directory, Windows and Linux/Unix.
- Articulate Storyline and LMS experience.
- Smartcards and encryption technologies.
