Job Title: Sr Executive / Assistant Manager - TA
Location: Sanand, Gujarat

Company Background:
Company is a green field manufacturing organization in Cable & Wire industry. Production has already
started and company is aiming for sales of over INR 1,000 Crores in 2-3 years' time.

They are being backed by very strong promoters.

Job Purpose:
Own & manage entire recruitment cycle for a number of roles. Manage stakeholders & delivery of roles by being part of 15+ members TA team.

The company is in a great ramp-up mode, and this is a excellent opportunity to showcase your TA skills and become part of creating history.

Important Points- Please apply only if you are comfortable with below requirements:

1. Job location: Sanand (Approx 50 km from Ahmedabad City).

2. Only work from office. There is no Work from home option.

3. We are looking for Immediate joiners or max 15 days notice period.

4. This job is 6 days working (Alternate Saturdays off).

However, due to the nature of the project currently, this may require working on weekends in urgency.





Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement understanding to offer closure.

• Manage sourcing through vendors and also work hands-on on assigned critical roles.

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key contract for hiring managers, stakeholders and sources. • Provide market insights and hiring updates to stakeholders.

3. Database & Reporting

• Maintain accurate updates in ATS, Trackers for superb MIS.

4. Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with industry trends and talent market insights.

- Improve recruitment strategies to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Education, Experience & Knowledge:

• MBA is preferred.

• 4-8 years of recruiting experience is a must in non-tech industry.

• Extensive exposure to Sales hiring would be a big plus.

• Must possess excellent communication, analytical skills.
