ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Customer Care Executive International Voice Process in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full Time, On Site, joining within 60 days.
You will handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers while resolving their concerns and delivering service related assistance. You will maintain professional communication follow process guidelines achieve customer satisfaction targets and meet productivity goals on a daily basis.
