Accounts Executive - Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive with 1+ years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting operations, vendor coordination, invoice management, and stakeholder communication.

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely submission for payment.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
- Record and verify day-to-day financial transactions.
- Assist in maintaining accounts payable and receivable records.
- Coordinate with vendors for recurring payments and invoice submissions.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt of invoices and supporting documents.
- Resolve vendor payment-related queries and discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the finance team.
- Coordinate with various departments regarding payment requests, invoices,



and approvals.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Maintain organized financial records, contracts, invoices, and payment documents.

Required Skills

- Basic usage of AI tool like Chat GPT and Claude
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
