Role: Associate Fiber Engineer
Role Description
Candidate will be responsible for conducting fiber optic network design for last mile fiber-based networks or Fiber to the Home projects. Maintains ownership of Fiber assignments and provides high quality deliverables in a cost effective and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support and timely availability to deliver the client submittals to meet OTP and quality.
2. Take constructive feedback from the QCs/Leads and work to improve efficiency and quality.
3. Flexible to work in any team/projects as per requirements.
4. Work with the given timeline to complete the task and adapt quickly changing priorities.
5. Should be able to think towards new working ways (Automation, process optimization).
6. Attentive in all the training/feedback sessions and should be able to explain/recall, if asked by the leads/trainers.

Show enthusiasm to learn recent technology and adopt the changes.
8. Work within a team, collaborate and add value through participation in peer reviews.
Critical Experience
- Preferable experience working tools: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Added advantage if have basic knowledge about Optical Fiber
• Proficiency in English in reading and writing.
• Should have good logical and analytical skills.
Credentials
- 0-1 year of experience or,
• B.Tech in any Engineering or equivalent.
