Role: I&E; Detail Engineering Specialist
Location : Pune
Industry Focus: Oil & Gas, Solid Fuel Fired Boilers, Heaters, and allied systems.
Core Mission: Prepare comprehensive I&E; engineering documents required for procurement and construction, strictly adhering to client, consultant, and process specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborative Engineering: Develop P&IDs; in tandem with the Process Engineering team.
• Specifications & Technical Sheets: Prepare detailed instrument specifications (field instruments, Control Panels, PLC/DCS, shutdown systems, and analyzers).
• Layouts & Diagrams: Design instrument hook-up diagrams (with BOMs), JB & cable schedules, cable tray/earthing layouts, panel location drawings, and control room layouts.
• Electrical Calculations:



Perform critical voltage drop and load calculations; review Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and power/control wiring for MCC/PDB.
• Automation & Logic: Draft vital PLC/DCS documentation including I/O lists, control narratives, logic diagrams, and drive schemes.
• Procurement Support: Prepare accurate BOMs for cables, trays, glands, adaptors, and installation accessories.
• Technical Safety & Reviews: Participate actively in HAZOP and SIL studies. Review complex vendor documents for package equipment (Burner, SWAS, ESP, Scrubbers, Ash/Fuel Handling).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinate with QAC, field construction/commissioning teams, vendors, and clients for seamless drawing approvals.
