Experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement / SCM within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in recent vendor development, supplier evaluation, and supplier onboarding.
- Exposure to supplier technical audits and assessment of manufacturing capabilities.
- Experience in RFQ floating, cost analysis, price negotiation, and commercial finalization.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, grinding, sheet metal, and moulding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in Value Engineering, alternate sourcing, localization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Knowledge of dual-sourcing strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
- Working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Excel/data analysis.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills.
