Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage a team of 46 IT professionals, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
2. Handle client communication and maintain solid relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
3. Coordinate with clients regularly, provide project updates, discuss challenges, and ensure timely delivery of services.
4. Allocate tasks to team members, monitor individual performance,



and ensure achievement of team targets.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders for all operational and technical matters.
6. Monitor team productivity, track daily activities, and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines.
7. Handle client escalations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Conduct regular team meetings, provide guidance, and support team members in achieving their goals.
9. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and business operations.
10. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management and clients whenever required.
11. Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and productivity.
12. Ensure proper communication between clients, management, and team members to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
