2. Candidate has to be strong in Automation framework (Any framework - Pytest, playwright)
3. They should have strong SQL knowledge as well.
4. Evaluate them by asking them to write a python script for a scenario
5. Ask questions from their project and see if they have really worked
6. Did they understand their project end to end as well.
