We are looking for an energetic and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to join our team and help us build a robust, high-performing workforce.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recruitment/TA experience
- Real estate recruitment experience is a big plus
- Strong communication & candidate-handling skills
- Experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates currently residing in Bangalore are encouraged to apply, as the interview process will be conducted face-to-face.
