Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support to farmers, Dealers and Distributers of Agri-Tech Company over phone ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.

- Salary Package

CTC: Up to 20,000 per month

In-Hand Salary 16500 per month

Timings: 11:00 AM 4:00 PM

- Job & Shift Details

Job Type: FullTime

Shift/Weekly Off : Rotational Shifts (9 Hrs.) with 1 Rotational Weekly Off

Work Mode: 6 Days Working Onsite (Work from Office)

- Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have an agriculture qualification background:

- B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) in Agriculture
- Freshers are welcome
- Experienced candidates can also apply
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
