- 58 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development
- Solid understanding of Pega class structure, case lifecycle, data modeling, and rule resolution.
- Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, File Listener, Connectors/Services).
- Proficiency in Pega UI/UX development (Sections, Harnesses, Layouts, Skins).
- Knowledge of decisioning frameworks (Decision Tables, Decision Trees, When Rules, Declarative Rules).
- Familiarity with Pega security models (Access Groups, Roles, Privileges, Access Control Policies).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps practices for Pega application delivery.
- Experience with SQL/database concepts and basic Java/JavaScript for custom functionality.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
