Associate :

- Education: Minimum graduation preferred.
- Experience: 13 years in field sales (Insurance).
- Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented
- Familiarity with using smartphones/CRM apps
- Language: Fluency in the local language & English V4 is a must.
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and laptop

Job Description: Feet on Street (FoS) agents

A feet on street agent is a representative who primarily works in the field, meeting with potential clients in person to sell products or services. Some of the duties and responsibilities of a feet-on-street agent may include:

- Assessing client’s needs and recommending appropriate products or services.




- Responsible to collect the lead in Allocated location on field
- Responsible to call and generate lead/booking and convert into the sales.
- Demonstrating products or services to potential clients.
- Answering questions and addressing concerns about products or services.
- Maintaining accurate records of Lead and customer interactions.
- Providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in products or services and industry regulations.
