Role title: Social Media Executive

ROLE PURPOSE
Ensures the brand shows up consistently and effectively across social and search content, creative, video, and SEO so audience and organic growth compound without relying on external agencies for day-to-day execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Content Output & Calendar

1. Build and maintain a rolling content calendar covering static, video, and reels
2. Keep the calendar always planned at least 34 weeks ahead never a gap
3. Align content themes with business priorities, launches, and campaigns
4. Route content for brand sign-off before anything goes live

B. Creative Production (AI-assisted)

1. Produce on-brand static and motion creatives using AI tools
2. Build and maintain a brand template/prompt library for consistent AI output
3. Turn around creative requests within the agreed timeline
4. Quality-check every AI-generated visual for brand and factual accuracy before publishing

C. Video Production

Plan and shoot internal video content (interviews, behind-the-scenes, product, events)
2. Brief the outsourced edit partner clearly so post-production needs no rework
3. Review and sign off edited videos as publish-ready and on-brand
4. Maintain a shoot pipeline so video never bottlenecks the content calendar

D. Growth

1. Grow followers and reach across all active platforms
2. Test current formats or platforms for incremental reach
3. Track and report the growth trendline monthly

E. Content Performance & Reporting

1. Build a monthly performance report across content and growth
2. Identify what worked and translate it into next months plan
3. Deliver the report proactively without being asked

Skills & experience required:
13 years in social media, content, or marketing; basic shooting skills for internal video (edit support is outsourced); working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keywords, basic technical hygiene); strong writing and visual judgment.
