Key Responsibilities

- Conduct plant assessments and identify high-value use cases across Production, Assets and Compliance
- Baseline KPIs such as OEE, throughput, downtime, scrap, quality, maintenance and labor productivity
- Work with operators and engineers to understand process constraints and the operational decisions blocking value
- Engineer context across PLC/SCADA, Historian, MES, ERP, CMMS and QMS
- Design Industrial AI / Agentic AI workflows using LLMs, RAG, ML, optimization and deterministic rules where appropriate
- Validate AI recommendations in shadow mode and implement human-in-the-loop / governed-action patterns
- Embed solutions into frontline operator and engineering workflows
- Measure KPI impact and convert successful implementations into reusable deployment patterns for other lines and plants
- Work closely with product SMEs and feed recurring customer requirements back into the product roadmap.

Required Skills

Manufacturing & OT

- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop-floor processes
- Experience with MES/MOM, SCADA, Historian, PLC and industrial connectivity
- Knowledge of OEE, quality, maintenance,



downtime and production performance
- Understanding of ISA-95 and IT/OT integration

Consulting

- Experience conducting customer workshops, discovery and assessment engagements
- Ability to translate operational problems into measurable business and technical outcomes
- Solid customer-facing and problem-solving skills

Industrial Software

- Experience with at least one MES, SCADA, Historian or IIoT platform
- Experience with Kepware, Proficy or ThingWorx is highly preferred

AI / Agentic AI

- Working understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, tool calling and evaluation.
- Ability to determine when to use LLMs versus ML, optimization or deterministic logic.
- Understanding of human-in-the-loop and governed AI patterns

Preferred

- IEC 62443 / OT cybersecurity awareness
- Multi-plant manufacturing deployment experience
- Experience with predictive maintenance, production optimization, quality analytics or Industrial AI
- Exposure to cloud/edge/hybrid industrial architectures
