- Assist fertility specialists and embryologists during IVF, IUI, egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedures, ensuring a sterile and well-prepared OT/procedure room.
- Counsel and educate patients on treatment cycles, medication schedules, injection techniques and pre- and post-procedure care.
- Coordinate patient monitoring, including follicular scans, blood tests and hormone-level tracking, and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to couples throughout the treatment journey, and handle consent and documentation per clinic protocols.
- Follow strict infection-control, safety and ethical guidelines, and manage inventory of medications and consumables.
