Relationship Manager Motor Insurance Sales Agency – 2–3 Years – Mumbai

We are hiring a Relationship Manager – Motor Insurance Sales for ProTec General Insurance. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Agency Sales, Motor Insurance, General Insurance, Agent Relationship Management, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Sales Target Achievement who can drive business growth and strengthen the agency network.

Location – Mumbai (Work from Office)

Responsibilities –

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents and agency partners to drive motor insurance business.
2. Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
3. Promote motor insurance products and provide suitable solutions to customers.
4. Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to policy issuance.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance, renewals, and customer service.
6. Identify opportunities to increase business through cross-selling and upselling.
7. Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate reports, and provide regular business updates.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Requirements –

1. Graduate with 2–7 years of experience in Motor Insurance Sales, preferably in the Agency Vertical.
2. Strong understanding of motor insurance products, policies, premiums, and renewals.
3. Experience in managing relationships with insurance agents and agency partners.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.
5.



Willingness to work from the Mumbai office.
