Purpose of the Role:

Execute risk-based internal audits and management reviews across functions and geographies. Use SAP and other business-system data to identify control gaps, exceptions and process-improvement opportunities.
Support stronger governance, compliance and timely closure of audit observations.

Qualification & Experience:
Required Education Qualification: CA Inter, CMA
Required prior Work Experience: Finance/audit qualification with 5+ years of relevant internal audit, risk, controls or audit analytics experience in an SAP setting.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Hands-on internal audit experience, including independent SAP data extraction using T-codes and backend tables. Exposure to SAP GRC, SOD and IFC testing.
SAP data extraction, validation and exception analysis; risk and control assessment; audit reporting; stakeholder management; analytical thinking.

Job Responsibilities:

- Planning and conducting management audits including scope finalization, perform process walkthroughs, field verification, sample testing and evaluation of the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
- Perform exception analysis using data from SAP and other sources to identify unusual transactions, control failures and policy deviations.
- Draft audit queries,



observations, reports and executive summaries, and present significant findings to management.
- Track agreed management actions and follow up with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely and sustainable closure of audit points.
- Share relevant audit findings and control learnings as audit adjacencies across other functions, locations and entities. Conduct Internal Financial Controls testing across functions, periodic reviews of travel expenses, employee reimbursements and cash claims
- Support SAP GRC compliance, including access reviews, authorization assessment, custom T-code governance and mitigation-control validation.
- Monitor Segregation of Duties conflicts and follow up on appropriate remediation or mitigation controls.
- Unlocking value through process reviews and design transformations across functions/ geographies
