Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery.
- Coordinate with business, technical and customer stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain the BRD, CR, SOW and project plans.
- Track development, testing, UAT and production deployment.
- Manage resource allocation and utilization.
- Conduct daily and weekly status meetings.
- Track risks, dependencies, issues and escalations.
- Ensure delivery within committed timelines.
- Share weekly and monthly project status reports.
- Manage change requests, effort estimation and approvals.
