Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Head to lead and strengthen quality systems across our manufacturing plants. The candidate will be responsible for setting quality standards, managing inspection and testing processes, handling customer complaints, and ensuring product quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Define quality standards, inspection methods, and testing protocols for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with applicable BIS/ISI standards.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Monitor rejection, rework, process deviations, and customer complaints.
- Conduct regular plant quality audits and drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and manage QC teams across manufacturing plants.
- Maintain product specifications, SOPs, inspection plans, test reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, R&D;, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support ISO 9001:2015 and BIS/ISI compliance requirements.




- Review quality performance and present reports to management.

Required Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Polymer, Plastics, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1015 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in managing multi-plant quality operations and plant-level QC teams is preferred.
- Exposure to PVC, plastics, extrusion, injection moulding, electrical products, wires & cables, or allied manufacturing is preferred.
