Job Responsibilities:

- Provide application support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics applications.
- Handle and resolve user queries, technical issues, and application-related incidents.
- Manage and track support tickets using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Monitor application performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, developers, and end users for issue resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and follow up on pending tickets.
- Maintain proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and support activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents in accordance with defined SLAs.

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (MS Dynamics 365 preferred).




- Experience in Application Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.
- Understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management.
- Positive troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience supporting ERP/CRM applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and business applications.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and handle end-user support.
