They are open to selecting freshers on a contract basis (TeamLease payroll) if the candidates possess skills in CNC, VMC, or Milling and are a good fit. The take-home salary is 17,500 to 21,000 CTC.
Role - Operetors ( CNC, VMC , Milling )
Age - 18 to 35Shift - rotional shift salary - Net pay 17,500 to 21,000 CTC

Working days - 6 days

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Calibration: Load raw materials, install cutting tools, and configure machine settings, feed rates, and speeds. [1, 2, 3]
- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Read and interpret technical drawings, 3D models, and geometric dimensioning to set up production runs. [1, 2]
- Operation & Monitoring: Oversee active machine cycles, watch for unusual vibrations or tool wear,



and adjust tool offsets or feed rates. [1, 2, 3]
- Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and plug or ring gauges. [1, 2, 3]
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform basic preventative maintenance, explicit chip bins, replace dull inserts, and report mechanical faults. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation: Log production counts, material usage, and quality inspection results.
