Job Description: Architectural BIM Modeler Landscape

Location: Kochi

Experience: 2–8 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred(30 will also work )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler with Landscape experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural and landscape modeling, BIM workflows, and preparation of detailed drawings using industry-standard software.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain architectural and landscape BIM models using Revit.

- Prepare landscape layouts, site plans, hardscape and softscape drawings, and detailed documentation.

- Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.

- Develop 2D drawings, 3D models, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.

- Identify and resolve design clashes and modeling issues.

- Ensure models comply with project standards,



specifications, and BIM execution plans.

- Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and project stakeholders.

- Maintain model accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows.

- Experience in landscape modeling, site development, hardscape, and softscape elements.

- Knowledge of architectural design and construction drawings.

- Understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection.

- Knowledge of Navisworks, or other landscape design tools is an advantage.

- Solid coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a relevant field.
